In publication for more than eight years, Unleashed is a nationally honored weekly section of the Yakima Herald-Republic written, photographed and illustrated by teenagers throught the Yakima Valley.
The group of high school students meets monthly to discuss story ideas and talk about issues facing today's teenagers. Though the bulk of stories are written by Unleashed staff members, other teenagers from throughout the Yakima Valley are encouraged to write guest columns or stories for Unleashed.
