Lacy Heinz has opened a new adoption and guardianship practice in the Larson Building. Heinz moved to Yakima in 2005 and has been an assistant city attorney for the city of Yakima. She earned her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Oregon.

Kim Greene, a sales associate with Prudential Almon Realty of Yakima, has been awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist professional designation. The award signifies that Green has the knowledge, experience and expertise to help seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property, managing capital gains and estate tax, obtaining a reverse mortgage and other issues. Greene has been in the real estate business since 2007.
Angie Sainsbury-Delp, a Prudential Almon Realty sales associate, has earned the GRI designation from the Washington Association of Realtors. Sainsbury-Delp completed three 30-hour classes on every facet of real estate practice from laws on transferring real property to effectively marketing homes for sale.
